The first step to your desired outcome is a telephone call, email, or video call. Our team of experts will then guide you through the initial steps of the process that begin with your ideas, our suggestions, and our collaboration.

Step 2 Cemetery Rules & Regulations

Cemeteries have rules & regulations that must be met before any delivery & installation or shipped order being placed in the cemetery. The cemetery rules & regulations must be verified before any order being produced. We require specific cemetery size requirements and any restrictions. You will provide us with your cemetery installation point of contact information.

Cemeteries may have setting fees and if cemetery setting fees are required. Cemetery setting fees are not included in our pricing. The setting fees are set by the specific cemetery and paid directly to the cemetery where your monument will be installed.

We offer non-cemetery monument and project installation. We will verify city rules & regulations with you and/or city officials’ before installation and delivery or shipping.

Step 3 Design Process

After your consultation, our team will guide you through the process to assist you with product selections including but not limited to sizing, material selection based on various granites, marble, or bronze, and design. After the design process is completed, we will provide you with a contract agreement and proof of your order.

Step 4 Delivery & Installation

We will provide you with detailed delivery & installation information if we are providing installation services. If we are not providing installation services due to your monument being shipped, we will contact a local monument company to arrange the installation of your monument.

Step 5 Shipping

The costs of shipping may be included in your purchase. If free shipping is not included in your purchase based on your selection, our sales consultants will inform you. Our experienced team will carefully package your order to avoid any damages which rarely occur. In the event, your order is damaged during shipping, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf to collaborate with you to file a claim.
